Our products are solid and well built. We are confident in our process and extend a full life time, transferable warranty on all our projects/products. We care deeply about our customers investments and show up for you in the event an issue occurs. Customer Service is one of our best features. If you experience any issue with our new products please reach out to us and we will repair or replace the item with no cost to you within the first 90 days. After the 90 period has passed (or if you’ve purchased the item second hand) all labor and parts (excluding vacuum tubes) are free, but shipping is on you. All components and labor are covered under warranty except vacuum tubes and shipping after 90 days.
